Jeffrey is an American Jesuit. He works at a well-recognized authority of the church, Catholic University, located in Lima, as the head of the humanities department in Peru, where he has lived for thirty-five years. Jeffrey obtained his doctorate in history from the Catholic University of America. He is responsible for inventing many literal works and over forty professional journal articles on the church, religion, and politics in Latin America.
